About the service
GEM Budget is a personal and family budgeting tool for adults. You enter data, plan spending and track goals yourself. The service is not a bank or broker, does not hold your money and does not execute payments or investment transactions.
Free beta
The current version is free, requires no card and makes no automatic charges. There is no active paid plan or automatic conversion to one. Any future paid features, prices and conditions will be announced in advance. Payment will require a separate explicit checkout; continuing to use the beta does not authorize a charge.
Your account and data
Keep your access credentials secure and enter only data you have the right to use. Your budget content remains yours; you allow its processing as needed to provide the features you choose. Family access is your choice. You can download a data copy and request account deletion through support.
Calculations and recognition
Figures depend on complete and accurate records. Projections, categories, receipt recognition and voice entries may contain errors. Check results before saving and reconcile your budget with actual accounts. Service materials are not individual investment, tax or legal advice. Points, levels and league positions are not money and do not guarantee a discount or financial outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other users’ data, bypass security, distribute malicious code or overload the service. Do not submit unlawful content. Access may be restricted to prevent abuse or protect data. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.
Beta availability and responsibility
The beta evolves: features may change and errors or temporary interruptions may occur. Save budget copies regularly. If we plan to discontinue the service, we will give advance notice and an opportunity to export data. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Support and changes
Use the contact form for questions, bug reports and data requests. Include the page, expected result and what happened; do not send passwords or full financial documents. We will give advance notice of significant changes to these terms. Paid subscription terms will be provided separately before launch.
