Add transaction

In the center of the screen is form to fill your transactions. There are 3 types of transactions: income, expense, transfer. When you get money you create income transaction, when you spend money - expense transaction and when you move money from one place to another or exchange money you need to create a transfer. You can also select another date for your transaction or another currency.

transaction form

It’s doesnt take long to create new transaction. You should just choose the type of transaction, fill amount and choose in what account do you want to make this transaction. Then you should choose category which fit your transaction and click “add”. You new transaction will appear in the list below.

This is the list of transaction for current date. It’s comfortable to see all your today’s transactions at once. You can also edit or delete any of them here.

Currencies

We created “Euro” currency for you. If it’s not the currency you are using or you want to use multiple currencies you can easily change this in your currencies page. Here you can set your default currency and additional currencies that you need.

Accounts

You can always configure accounts in separate accounts page. It’s possible to group several accounts in separate group. Let’s say you have several cards in one bank. It’s convenient to create group which is called “Deutschebank” and create child accounts inside. Let’s say “Mastercard”, “Current account”, “Save Card”.

Categories

We created some default income and expense categories for you. You can always structure them in the way which is comfortable for you. It’s also possible to nest them. Let’s say you change category “Food” and child categories “Lunch”, “Grocery store”, “Snacks”.
